Thank you for looking. This patch was purchased at the booth of the famous patch manufacturing company Sanbrother located in Misawa at the Matsushima Base Air Festival held in 2017. It is a patch released in commemoration of the Matsushima Air Festival, with a cute design resembling a fan, typical of a summer air festival. Although it is unused, please assess the condition based on the image. It has been stored in a box case with a desiccant, and the fabric is in good condition without fraying.
